Essentially, you could be forced into approving a full roof replacement today without knowing how well it holds up against the rain or looks in full sunlight. Sure, it might look fabulous, but if anything was done incorrectly during the installation, it simply won’t last.

The RJW Exteriors team wants nothing less than absolute customer satisfaction on every exterior remodeling project we complete.
But at the same time, we understand that it’s hard to tell how satisfied you really are with a project that was literally just completed. So, we don’t require an immediate response.
When you hire our team, we’ll schedule a meeting around two weeks following the project’s completion with a Customer Care Ambassador. This allows you the time to evaluate your newly installed products and determine if there’s anything you don’t like.
As the day of this appointment arrives, you may have found something small that would otherwise seem trivial. In many cases, these details are left unaddressed by other companies. And like most homeowners, you don’t want to take the time to call the office and get the remodelers to come back, only to be disappointed when they never show.
But when you work with the RJW Exteriors team, it’s never a question of if we’d come back to address them, but how quickly (very!) we will show up to make it right.
So, if you’ve used your replacement windows a few times and notice a slight catch in one corner when you open it, you don’t have to live with it – we’ll fix it when we do the follow-up meeting.
This meeting is always focused on you. We schedule it at your convenience and keep the entire appointment laid back and relaxed. We’re not there to just take up a chunk of your time – we genuinely want to address any issues you may have found.
We will do a walkthrough with you, answer any questions you may have, and deliver your warranty information, as well as product maintenance guides.
