The GuildQuality Survey
Once your project with RJW Exteriors is complete, we’ll send a survey through GuildQuality. It’s a survey tailored for you about our business and the service we’ve provided you.
It will ask you a series of questions, and you can rate us on a scale of one to five. You can also add comments.
The survey won’t take long, and your feedback will be shared with every team member at our company. Whether you had a new front entry door installed or had a complete roof replacement, we want your feedback.
If you have an opinion about our crew, please share it. If you have thoughts about someone in our office you spoke to over the phone, please share them.
The GuildQuality Survey is a tremendous resource for us. It helps us consistently improve our service to our community.
We Meet Weekly
Customer feedback doesn’t go in one ear and out the other. It matters to us. And we sit down weekly to discuss it in detail.
Feedback may be provided about the initial conversation with the call center, the sales representative, or the project manager. Therefore, everyone must be aware of the feedback we’re receiving.
We review the feedback for constructive criticism and use it to motivate ourselves. We’re always looking to improve, and this is one of the most effective ways we do so.
Our Customer Care Ambassador
In addition to the GuildQuality Survey, our customer care ambassador will conduct a simple one-page survey in person after your project is complete.
It is then brought back and shared with the office. Everyone learns how they are doing and what our clients think.
Taking Your Feedback To Heart
If there’s something we need to work on, adapt to, or tweak, we take a close look at it.
For example, we decided to create our own app some time ago. It sounded like a good idea. We thought it would improve communication, provide quicker project updates, and improve customer service overall.
We were wrong.
The feedback we received from our clients told a different story.
They didn’t like having to use an app to see the status of their project. And we discovered that our clients much preferred speaking to a person.
After a few months, we had a much better understanding of the homeowners we serve and discontinued using the app. This was all due to customer feedback. And we’re grateful for it.
Acknowledging Employees For Their Hard Work
At RJW Exteriors, we use customer feedback to build trust with homeowners and identify areas for improvement. However, we also use it to praise our team members and provide additional motivation.
If a review mentions a team member, we typically send a company-wide email acknowledging them. We want everyone to work together, improve their craft, and take pride in their work. Positive feedback can help as much as negative feedback.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our remodeling services from start to finish of your project. And your feedback is pivotal in that effort.
