When you choose RJW Exteriors, the project will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. Then our expediter will reach out to schedule a re-measuring appointment.
This visit will allow our expediter to confirm the official measurements of your home before ordering products and materials.
It’s a critical step in our process.
Double-checking measurements for accuracy is one way we ensure everything runs smoothly. The last thing we want is a measuring mistake to complicate your installation, so we’re diligent in our efforts.
In addition, your visit from our expediter is another opportunity to ask questions or make additions to your project.
After we confirm your project’s measurements, we’ll place the order for materials, and the initial stage of your project will be complete.
Scheduling And Communication Throughout The Process
Once you order the materials for your project, you will be updated weekly on its status.
At RJW Exteriors, we’re transparent and honest with our clients. We set realistic expectations about timelines and material arrival dates. The materials typically arrive in six to eight weeks, depending on the product.
If your product and material choices are more common, they may be more readily available and arrive sooner. And more unique materials could take longer.
Once your home remodeling materials arrive, you’ll receive a call from our production administrator. They’ll coordinate scheduling installation days and times with you based on your availability, and ours.
After which, it’s on to installation day.
Installation Day And Beyond
Your project manager will call you on the morning of installation day. They’ll be your main point of contact throughout the installation process.
The crew will arrive and begin your remodel, and your production manager will oversee the installation from start to finish. Think of them as not just another set of eyes on your project but also as quality control.
Your production manager will ensure that your exterior home remodel meets the high standards we set at RJW Exteriors. Whether you’re replacing multiple windows or having your siding replaced, your production manager will handle any issues that may arise and take care of anything the crew needs.
Once your installation is complete, your project manager will do a final walkthrough with you. This will ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the results of your exterior home remodeling project.
