North Jersey’s leading home remodeling company is hiring a high-performance Operations Associate to work directly with our Chief Operating Officer.
This is not a clerical role.
This is a high-visibility, performance-driven position designed for someone who wants to build operational skill sets and grow into a career. No industry experience required. We’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Own:
Operational Execution
- Partner directly with the COO to drive daily operational priorities
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across departments
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Data & Performance Management
- Maintain and assess dashboards and performance metrics
- Evaluate trends and propose actionable improvements
Process Development
- Refine workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Build systems that reduce friction and increase output
- Support company-wide initiatives from planning through execution
This role requires decisiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in operations, business administration, project coordination, or home services is a plus — but high capability and work ethic matter more than industry background.
Strong Excel skills are highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000–$65,000 base salary
