Operations Associate

North Jersey’s leading home remodeling company is hiring a high-performance Operations Associate to work directly with our Chief Operating Officer.

This is not a clerical role.

This is a high-visibility, performance-driven position designed for someone who wants to build operational skill sets and grow into a career. No industry experience required. We’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.

What You’ll Own:

Operational Execution

• Partner directly with the COO to drive daily operational priorities
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across departments
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Data & Performance Management

• Maintain and assess dashboards and performance metrics
• Evaluate trends and propose actionable improvements

Process Development

• Refine workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Build systems that reduce friction and increase output
• Support company-wide initiatives from planning through execution

This role requires decisiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.

Experience in operations, business administration, project coordination, or home services is a plus — but high capability and work ethic matter more than industry background.

Strong Excel skills are highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55,000–$65,000 base salary
