We are a growing premier home remodeling company that has been serving NJ, homeowners, since 1994. As our team grows, our appointment needs grow. Our Call Center Representative will do both inbound and outbound calls to set appointments for our in-home sales team.
This position is at our Lake Hopatcong, NJ office.

Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calling
- Generate estimate appointments for the sales team
- Manage various call and text campaigns
- Maintain records and customer information in the company’s CRM
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work weekends
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to a schedule
- Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for customers
- Must possess the 4 H’s: Honest, Hungry, Humble and Hone-able
A candidate with a proven track record and excellent references will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Guaranteed base pay of $17/hour
- Incentives and bonuses for each appointment set
- Opportunity to earn $30+ per hour!
