RJW Exteriors, one of North Jersey’s top home remodeling companies, is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the COO with daily operational tasks and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Data Analysis: Collect, maintain, and evaluate key operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to refine workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Serve as a liaison between teams to foster effective communication and alignment. Contribute to critical projects, supporting timelines, execution, and performance outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Meticulous and detail-oriented - Thorough and precise in their work, with a strong eye for accuracy.
- Strives for excellence - Ensures their work is completed to the highest standard. Takes pride in doing things right the first time.
- Exceptional phone and email communication skills - This role requires frequent, professional interaction with our customers and vendors. Clear, courteous, and timely communication is essential.
- Genuinely customer-focused - Cares deeply about delivering a great customer experience. Willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Mindset - Must be coachable, ambitious, and willing to learn.
- Experience: Previous operations support, management, or home service experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Tech: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Apple equivalents is a plus.
