What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage all forms of lead generation including digital, traditional, nontraditional & call center
• Will oversee the existing call center, canvass & events teams and help build out the rest of the marketing department as the company grows
• Responsible for managing & analyzing the marketing budget & KPIs
• Continuous improvement of the company’s marketing strategy, with a focus on improving KPIs & increasing lead flow

You’re A Great Fit If You Have:

• Home improvement industry experience (or within a similar in-home sales industry) with a $15m+ company
• Senior marketing leadership experience within the industry
• Experience managing all forms of lead generation(digital, tv, radio, print, call center, events, canvassing, etc)
• Are analytical & have managed marketing KPIs & budgets
